Since the world will be cashing its chips in a few days, i’d like to remind you of a few things:

  1. The proper amount of chalk for any workout is always a little bit
  2. Start thinking of something you’d like to accomplish in 2013
  3. Chalk on the floor is your way is saying you hate happiness
  4. Just one thing, but stick to it
  5. Don’t try and schedule more than one class in MindBody in hopes that you get into one of them…when was the last time we didn’t get someone in?!
  6. Do that thing and make it look easy
  7. Get in the habit of canceling your class with reasonable time for not doing so is your way of saying you hate dreaming
  8. You guys are getting crazy strong, keep going
  9. Stretch after your workouts, like, for more than three minutes
  10. 10 days after the apocalypse, the first inaugural Reebok CrossFit Back Bay New Years Eve party will be taking place
